Most would describe me as a mother, wife, and somatic healing guide—but like you, I am so much more than any single title.
For years, I let stress, people-pleasing, and the weight of expectations dictate my every move. I ignored my body’s signals, thinking that if I just tried harder, did more, or pushed through, I’d eventually find peace. Instead, I found burnout, anxiety, and a constant feeling of being unfulfilled.
But everything changed when I started listening—to my body, my intuition, and the deep wisdom within. Through somatics, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system healing, I reclaimed my sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Now, I help other women do the same—releasing the stress, the self-doubt, and the exhaustion to create a life rooted in balance, ease, and embodiment.
This space, Mindful Mrs., was born from that transformation. It’s a home for women seeking nervous system healing, stress relief, and deeper self-connection. MY STORY

Growing up, I believed that if I did everything “right,” I’d feel fulfilled. I checked all the boxes, followed all the rules, and pushed through exhaustion, thinking it was just part of life.
But deep down, I felt disconnected—from my own needs, my intuition, and my true self. I spent years ignoring my body’s signals, brushing off my anxiety, and believing rest was something I had to “deserve.”
Becoming a mother changed everything. Suddenly, I realized that the way I treated myself would be the blueprint my children followed. I couldn’t teach them to trust themselves, listen to their bodies, or prioritize well-being if I wasn’t doing it myself.
That’s when I fully embraced the power of somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied rest. I learned how to move through stress instead of getting stuck in it. I let go of guilt around slowing down. I finally understood that rest wasn’t something I had to earn—it was something I needed to thrive.
Now, I teach other women how to reset their nervous systems, release tension, and create a life of balance and ease.Through self-paced courses, guided meditations, and practical tools, I help women reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and create a life that feels truly aligned.
