Hi, I’m Brittany

For a long time, I thought taking care of myself meant squeezing in a workout, eating healthy, and checking another thing off my wellness to-do list.

I knew what I was supposed to do.

But when life actually felt overwhelming...

when my girls were crying...

when I was exhausted...

when my thoughts wouldn't stop racing...

I still reached for the same survival habits.

I'd scroll. I'd stay busy. I'd push through.
